Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booked service. Any appointments that are 15 minutes late will result in being marked as a no-show and will not receive the service. Please be mindful of scheduling a time that works for you and that you are able to commit to. Any no shows will result in paying 100% of the service upfront in order to book again in the future.
